This research aims to study effect of poultry manure, brassinolide growth regulator, and reishi mushroom aqueous extract Arandomized complete block design (RCBD and split plot arrangement was conducted with three factors (3 x 3 x 3) and three replicates. The experiment was conducted during the fall season of 2023-2024. The first factor was decomposed poultry manure at three levels (0, 5,000, and 10,000) kg ha-1. The second factor was spraying plants with the parasinolide growth regulator at three concentrations (0, 1, and 2) mg L-1. The third factor was spraying plants with the reishi mushroom extract, which is prepared by the aqueous extraction method, at three concentrations (0%, 5%, and 10%). Decomposed poultry manure is distributed randomly over the main plots before planting. The addition of poultry manure, the growth regulator brassinolide, and an aqueous extract of reishi mushrooms increased phosphorus, protein, vitamin C, beta-carotene, leucine, and threonine, thereby improving the quality characteristics of purple carrots.
